We can offer 2 main ways of charging:
1. Pay as You Go
2. Bundled Plan
PLANS
(Includes phone number and credits, VA for non-leader plans)
- With this option, they will pay us directly and we will top-up their account from our master account.
- We will schedule their messages for them.
- We would want to use the API to show the details of their account within the YFP back office.
- We would want to use the API to automate top ups for their account.
Pros/Cons
- This can prevent them from logging into their account and changing the password. (After we build our own UI)
- Our profit might be higher as we earn more from the slack on the account.
- It will bundle the number and credits into one monthly payment.
- With a plan we cannot send more than twice a month.
- We have to get them to cancel and resubscribe when their list exceeds the plan.
- We need development work to really make this work.
- Harder for ops to manage with added risk if we send with no billing.

PAY AS YOU GO
- With this option, we will connect their credit card directly to ClickSend.
- If they're on MFB leader plan VA hours are already included so we don't need to charge extra hours.
- They will be billed based on what they use.
- They will be billed separately for their phone number.
- We will schedule their messages for them.
- The system can be set to auto-recharge and bill their card at a certain point.

If they want to manage the account themselves
With this option, we will connect their credit card directly to ClickSend.
They will be the ones to login to the account and send their own SMS.

- Less risk for us as we won't be on the hook for the billing.
- They have access to the account and can change their password, making it harder to manage.
- They may have multiple bills.
- Harder for SS to explain.
