Your Freedom Project (or "we" or "us" or "our") takes the privacy of visitors to our website, members, and those providing contact information seriously. We want to ensure you have a positive experience on our website and in using our products and services.

This privacy policy ("Policy") is designed to assist you in understanding how we will collect and use the information you provide when you use (i) our publicly available websites (the "Sites") and (ii) Your Freedom Project's application and other add-on applications (e.g., My Freedom Blogs, etc.) ("Apps") and other related services on which we post a direct link to this privacy policy (together with Apps, the "Services").

In addition, Your Freedom Project is opposed to unauthorized commercial e-mail delivery, otherwise known as spam. Please read the following Privacy and Spam Policy to understand how your personal information is treated.

From time to time, Your Freedom Project may offer new information or services that may affect this policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy and Spam Policy, please contact us.

By using our Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. This Policy does not cover any other data collection or processing, including without limitation the data we host for our registered customers via Your Freedom Project's sales and marketing software platforms ("Platform"). If you use our Platform, the data that you (and your customers) submit as you use our Platform will be governed by the applicable user agreement, and as required by law.

For the purposes of our Policy, when we refer to "you" or to a "customer" we mean any past, current or prospective customer of Your Freedom Project, including any visitor to one of our Sites.

What Information Do We Collect?

We may collect personal information from you such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, Shaklee PWS, personal profile photo and social media profiles. For example, you may voluntarily submit personal information to Your Freedom Project by taking our free trial, registering for a webinar, downloading an ebook or submitting a help contact form.

In addition, upon making purchases, you will be asked to create a user profile, which would allow you to create a username and password. We will store the username, but your password will not be visible in our records.

Information We Collect from Others:
We may receive information about you from other sources. For example, if you use a third-party software through the site, they may transfer information to us for fulfillment.

Automatically-Collected Information:
We automatically collect certain information about you and the device with which you access Your Freedom Project. For example, when you use Your Freedom Project, we will log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, referring website, pages you viewed, and the dates/times when you accessed the website. We may also collect information about actions you take when using Your Freedom Project, such as links clicked.

How We Use Personal Information

Your Freedom Project may use your personal information in the following ways:

  • To operate and maintain the website;
  • To create your account, identify you as a user of the website, and customize the website to your account;
  • To respond to your comments or inquiries;
  • To provide you with user support;
  • To track and measure website performance;
  • To process payment for purchases you make through Your Freedom Project;

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information collected from a customer to our independent contractors and business partners who have agreed to (i) hold this information in confidence, and (ii) not use it for any purpose except to carry out the services they are providing for Your Freedom Project.

Such contractors and business partners include those hosting our Services or other data; managing the functionality of our Services; hosting customer relationship management, marketing automation, customer service and other software platforms on our behalf; processing credit or other payment card payments; collecting delinquent accounts; fulfilling and processing orders; delivering products you have ordered; assisting with marketing and promotions; and enabling us to send you email. Each third-party service provider's use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policy.

We may disclose your personally identifiable information (i) to the extent required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to comply with official investigations or legal proceedings initiated by governmental and/or law enforcement officials, or private parties, including but not limited to: in response to subpoenas, search warrants, or court orders.

Disclosures Made by You within Forums or Groups

If you use a Facebook group, bulletin board, blog, comment or discussion forum or chat room made available on a site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages, and could be potentially searchable through search engines. We are not responsible for the potential misuse by third parties of any personally identifiable information that you choose to submit in these various forums.

Data Integrity and Security

We use reasonable and diligent efforts to maintain accurate information on our customers, and have adopted and implemented reasonable industry standard security procedures to protect any such information collected. We constantly monitor our systems, which are protected using industry-standard security measures.

Although Your Freedom Project will use reasonable efforts to secure network communications and our sites, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.


Your Freedom Project uses various marketing tools that help us create a better user experience for people visiting our site. These tools allow us to look at aggregated data such as scrolling patterns, clicks, and allow us to run tests to determine which pages result in the best actions. However, your personally identifiable information is not used by any of these tools.

Your Freedom Project uses cookies to: store visitors' preferences; record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit; to provide you with a more personalized experience on the website such as keeping you logged into your account; or customize our content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies may also be used by third-party services, such as Google Analytics, as described herein. At any time, you may prevent the setting of cookies by the website, by using a corresponding setting of your internet browser and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies may be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all popular Internet browsers. However, if users deactivate the setting of cookies in your Internet browser, not all functions of Your Freedom Project may be entirely usable.

Email and Newsletters
Your Freedom Project uses a 3rd party commercial e-mail service provider. Their system collects contact information, distributes our emails and newsletters, and tracks actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of the website, emails and newsletters. Our emails and newsletters contain tracking pixels. This pixel is embedded in e-mails and allows us an analysis of the success of our emails and newsletters. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an e-mail and which links within the e-mail you click. This behavior is not passed to third-parties. All data submitted at the time of subscription to our newsletter is stored on the 3rd party's secure servers. At any time, you may be removed from our email list by clicking on the unsubscribe button provided in each e-mail.

Push Notifications
Your Freedom Project uses a 3rd party push notification system to notify you when we have new updates, upcoming events and other helpful information. Their system collects user information from your browser, and tracks actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of the notification system.

Use of Widgets
We may provide widgets on our Sites that make it possible to share information on third-party platforms. These widgets do not store your personally identifiable information. Our Sites may also include social media features, such as the Facebook® or Pinterest® button and similar widgets. To the extent we use these Features, they may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social media Features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing the Feature or widget.

Your Freedom Project contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Your Freedom Project is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy and spam policies of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy and Spam Policy applies solely to information collected by Your Freedom Project.

Rights Related to your Personal Data

Opt-out: You may opt-out of future e-mail communications by following the unsubscribe links in our e-mails. You may also notify us to be removed from our mailing list.

Access: You may access the personal information we have about you by submitting a request.

Forget: In certain situations, you may request that we erase or forget your personal data. To do so, please submit a request to have data removed. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes or to complete transactions, or when required by law.

Use of Testimonials
We may select and post customer testimonials on our Services, which may contain personally identifiable information such as your name and/or the city, state, or country in which you live. If you post such content in one of our Facebook groups, your posting may also become public and we cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy or the law. If you would like us to remove or delete your name or testimonial from our Services, you may contact us and request to have it removed.

Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified, or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our Sites for a period of time.

Sensitive Personal Information
At no time should you submit sensitive personal information to Your Freedom Project. This includes your social security number, information regarding race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, criminal background, or trade union memberships. If you elect to submit such information to us, it will be subject to this Privacy and Spam Policy.

Children's Information

Your Freedom Project does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If a parent or guardian believes that Your Freedom Project has personally identifiable information of a child under the age of 16 in its database please contact us to request for removal. No part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 16.

Spam Policy

Your Freedom Project is strongly opposed to spam. We will only send e-mail to users that have explicitly requested to receive an e-mail from Your Freedom Project. Examples may include:

  • Webinar registrants
  • Opt-in subscribers to access one of our e-books or resources
  • Users that complete a contact form
  • All communication will be related and relevant to what you have requested.

Requests for Information.

If you provided your email address or phone number on the Sites to receive information from Your Freedom Project, you agree that Your Freedom Project, may contact you using the contact information you provide us regarding our products and Services, such as offers, support and product updates. Your Freedom Project may make such contact by email, phone and/or text, Facebook messenger.


This list may be amended from time to time in Your Freedom Project's sole discretion. Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your e-mail address(es) or other personal information without your consent; however, we may disclose or transfer personal information collected through Your Freedom Project to third-parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.
