With a group account you get 5 accounts.

We recommend a Group Account for a couple who is working the business together.

 

You see even though you’re working together, it’s important that you can email people from your own personal account. Otherwise people don’t know who is emailing them if it comes from frank-and-fran@lovinglife.com. Is it Frank or is it Fran hmmm??

 

Here’s an example of how it can be set up:

 

Your personal accounts
These can be set up on your own account on 1 computer you share,
or your very own computer.
Account 1 - frank@lovinglife.com
Account 2 - fran@lovinglife.com

 

Your business accounts (Optional)
These can be set up as forwarding addresses that go to one or both of you.

 

Account 3 - the-lovinglifes@lovinglife.com
This is for emails that you both want to see. For example you can have all of your Supplier related emails and all of your lead capture submission forms sent to this address. This allows you both to see the emails without the hassle of one having to forward emails to another all the time.

 

Account 4 - info@lovinglife.com
This is an address to put on a website that you’d want interested clients and customers to email. This way you both see the emails and you can set up an auto-reply so your visitor gets a pre-written reply with information you want them to see if they email this address.

 

Account 5 - support@lovinglife.com
This is an address you can use for clients and customers who may need assistance. This allows you to set up a simple ticketing system, like a help desk. This is a user friendly way to ensure everyone’s issue gets resolved. As your business grows you can outsource this task to a virtual assistant.
